DC-390U2 Series

Ultra2 Low Voltage Differential SCSI Controllers for the PCI Bus.

The DC-390U2 Series controllers support the new Low Voltage Differential (LVD) SCSI standard for reduced bus noise, improved performance and longer cable length. ASPI (Advanced SCSI Programming Interface) managers for the following operating systems are included: MS-DOS, Windows 95/98/NT, SCO Unix, NetWare.

Model DC-390U2W can support SCSI-2, Ultra-Wide and Ultra2 devices without degradation of performance, and ships with Internal Ultra2, Ultra-Wide and SCSI-2 cables, as well as an Ultra2 Terminator and an Internal-to-External SCSI-2 adapter bracket.

Model DC-390U2B can accept Ultra-Wide and Ultra2 devices, and ships with Internal Ultra2 and Ultra-Wide cables, along with an Ultra2 Terminator. *Mixing Ultra2 and Ultra-Wide devices on the DC-390U2B will bring the SCSI bus down to 40MB/sec performance.
