It is designed in Flex-ATX form factor and Socket 370 platform, and PPGA 370 supporting FC-PGA Pentium® III Processor and Celeron Processor, with 2X AGP 3D Graphic Accelerator, ATA-66, AC97 Audio and AMR Slot Support. The special feature of 10/100Mbps Ethernet (Realtek) is built in S381-FN/FNE/FNE+. Together with two 32-bit PCI Bus Master Slots and one AMR slot, Tekram S381-F series is compatible with ATA-66 HDD. Two 168-pin DIMM sockets support up to 512MB of SDRAM with ECC capability. Features like Keyboard Power On, Modem Ring-in, and Wake Up On LAN have increased the versatility of the Power On feature. The Hardware Monitoring design allows users to self-diagnose CPU temperature, CPU fan speed and voltage. Also, one MIDI/game port and an Audio Jack (line out, line in, and mic. In) are available for multimedia applications. Most important, "Suspend to RAM" (STR) is to support "Instantly Available" PC concept. This technology is a technique allowing the PC to operate like an appliance by implementing the "Suspend to RAM" feature, which allows the PC to enter a power-saving "sleep state" during idle periods and resume operation in a matter of seconds. Optional daughter board supporting TV Digital Video Output is available; Optional daughter board supporting Flat Panel Display (LCD) through Panel Link interface. Tekram S381-F series comes with Trend® PC-Cillin Anti-virus Software to strengthen the anti-virus ability for the entire PC system.
